At KNIsa Global, we strive to deliver premium handmade leather shoes, custom-tailored shirts, luxury ties, belts, and accessories with exceptional craftsmanship. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer an order cancellation policy to accommodate your needs.


1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the production process may have already started, especially for custom-made leather shoes and tailored shirts.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

1️⃣ Contact Us:

  • Email info@knisashop.com or WhatsApp +92-315-1211365 within the 24-hour cancellation window.
  • Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

2️⃣ Order Confirmation:

  • We will confirm the cancellation and process the refund within 7-10 business days to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card).

3. Non-Cancellable Orders

Custom-made products such as handmade leather shoes and tailored shirts cannot be canceled once production has begun due to their personalized nature.
❌ Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item within 14 days following our Return & Refund Policy.


4. Refund Process for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Order Modifications

  • If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change size or specifications), please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Custom-made products cannot be modified once production has started.
